Do I need to register to buy a bike?

As a buyer you do not need to register to use the Bennetts Free Classifieds service. However if you wish to be able to save your searches, add bikes as favourites and set up email alerts to be notified when similar bikes are added, you will need to register for an account.

With either option you will be able to easily browse through our bike adverts. We feature both used and new motorbikes.

Do you sell used and new bikes?

Yes, we sell both. We also sell both private and trade bikes.

How do I contact a Seller?

Within the Seller Contact Details area there are a number of seller details. They can be contacted by phone, email
and location.

How do I get a great price?

Negotiate a great price, by offering a little lower than the asking price and reaching a compromise within the middle of
both prices.

Reporting a Listing

How do I report a Bike Listing?

On each advert there is the ability to report a listing. Simply fill in this short form with reasons for your report and Bennetts will look in to it. We will aim to respond to your query within 48 hours.

How do I complain?

If you have a complaint about our site then we are sorry to hear that. We will aim to rectify any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible so please call Customer Services on 0844 412 2171. Calls to our 0844 numbers cost 5p per minute from a BT landline. Network charges may vary and calls from mobile phones may be considerably more. Please check with your provider.
